You may cancel your Watrend subscription at any time directly through your user dashboard. Once the cancellation is processed, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which the subscription will not renew.
Please note that Watrend follows a strict no-refund policy. No refunds will be issued for partial months, unused features, or remaining subscription periods after cancellation.
In exceptional cases, such as duplicate payments or verified technical issues that prevent you from using the service, you may request a review by contacting our support team at support@watrend.com. Each request will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and approved refunds (if any) will be processed to the original payment method.
Users on free plans can cancel their access at any time without any charge or penalty.
